The Arab House Cultural Forum held a poetry evening featuring poets Dr. Adel Joudeh and Abdul Rahman Mubaideen, in the presence of a number of writers, authors, and those interested in cultural affairs, in a meeting that celebrated Jordanian poetic experiences and the national and human visions they carry.
The evening was moderated by writer Mirna Hatqaweh, who reviewed the literary biographies of the two poets and milestones of their creative experiences and publications, shedding light on the uniqueness of each experience and the artistic and human visions it contains.
The two poets presented a collection of their poems, whose themes varied between love for the homeland, advocacy for humanity, and the expression of emotions and conscience, in texts that reflected their interaction with national and human issues, and their endeavor to express individual and collective experience in a poetic language that connects with the conscience of the recipient.
The evening witnessed interaction from the audience with the presented poems, confirming the role of poetry meetings in providing a space for communication between poets and the public, and introducing Jordanian creative experiences.
At the conclusion of the evening, the forum's president, Saleh Al-Abbasi, honored the two poets and the moderator of the evening, presenting certificates of thanks and appreciation in recognition of their participation.
The evening comes within the activities of the Arab House Cultural Forum aimed at supporting Jordanian creators, providing platforms for poetic experiences, and enhancing literary presence in the local cultural scene.
