Literary contributions during the evening varied between national poetry and prose texts, as Al-Khatib presented a poem in which he expressed Jordan's place in the conscience, evoking meanings of loyalty and belonging, and highlighting the deep relationship that binds a person to their land and homeland.
For his part, writer Jarwan Al-Maani presented a collection of prose texts that sang of Jordan's beauty and the diversity of its features, and addressed the authenticity and kindness of its people, based on literary images that evoked the beauty of the place and the richness of the cultural and humanitarian heritage, and what the homeland represents as a firm value in memory and conscience.
In turn, poet Khaled Al-Qaisi recited a number of national poems that carried themes of pride in Jordan and loyalty to its soil, and addressed the values of dignity, identity, and belonging, confirming the presence of poetry in expressing the conscience of society, documenting its relationship with its homeland, and promoting national values through the sincere word and the influential poetic image.
The presented texts reflected the diversity of literary experiences and the multiplicity of modes of expression, in a meeting that brought together poetry and prose within a cultural vision that made Jordan a focus for creativity and reflection, and literature a means to highlight national identity and enhance the connection to place, history, and people.
The director of "Jordanian Cultural Days" and general coordinator of its activities, Vice President of the Arab Cultural House Forum, writer Mirna Hatqaweh, affirmed that the forum will remain a home for all Jordanians, and a supportive incubator for literature and culture in their various fields, based on its belief in the importance of joint cultural work in enhancing communication between creators and consolidating national and humanitarian values.
