The meeting also discussed the possibility of concluding a memorandum of understanding in the fields of culture and cultural heritage, to provide an institutional framework for cooperation between the two sides, and to develop joint programs and projects in areas of mutual interest.
In the same context, the two sides discussed the opportunities for the Jordanian side to participate in cultural and artistic festivals and events organized by Uzbekistan, in addition to participating in traditional crafts exhibitions, which contributes to promoting Jordanian heritage and traditional crafts, and supports the exchange of experiences between artists, craftsmen, and cultural institutions in the two countries.
The Uzbek delegation's visit is important in light of the role played by the Art and Culture Development Foundation in Uzbekistan in supporting and developing the cultural and artistic scene, enhancing international cooperation, and promoting Uzbek heritage and arts at the international level.
