Al-Amari and Abdul Aziz inaugurate the season of the House of Poetry at the Writers' Association

The House of Arabic Poetry at the Jordanian Writers' Association inaugurated its new cultural season with a poetry evening that brought together poets Omar Al-Amari and Yousef Abdul Aziz, and was moderated by poet Dr. Wafa Ja'abor, in the presence of a number of intellectuals and cultural figures.

Al-Amari read a selection of his poems that dealt with sadness and emotional reflection, while Abdul Aziz presented texts with a national presence, evoking Palestine in a poetic language that relied on metaphor and imagery.

The evening began with a speech by the Secretary of the House of Arabic Poetry, poet Muhammad Khudair, who welcomed the attendees and affirmed the House's direction to present poetry evenings that provide space for creative experiments and interaction with the public.

At the end of the evening, Khudair and members of the Administrative Board of the Association honored poets Muhammad Al-Amari and critic Dr. Omar Rabihat, the participating poets, and Ja'abor, in appreciation of their participation in the event.
