The Social Security Corporation has launched, through its mobile application, a rapid response service for complaints and an electronic window dedicated to receiving developmental proposals from the public, under the slogan "Your voice is heard and your idea makes a difference." This aims to enhance direct communication with service recipients, establish an institutional approach based on listening to the public's voice, paying attention to their observations and needs, and involving them in developing services and improving their quality.
In a press statement issued by its media center today, Monday, the Corporation indicated that the service allows insured subscribers and retirees to submit their complaints directly via the application within two main areas: the first relates to "request or service," used in cases of delays in processing requests, technical issues with a service, or observations regarding interactions with employees or the Corporation's branches. The second area relates to "my social security subscription," which includes cases of incorrect inclusion in social security or incorrect termination of coverage.
The Corporation added that the service allows users to track the status of their complaints and view updates, which contributes to accelerating their resolution and enhancing the efficiency of the response. It emphasized its commitment to handling observations with care and seriousness, and utilizing them to develop the services provided and improve their quality without the need to visit its branches.
It explained that the developmental proposals window opens the door for citizens to actively participate in developing its services and procedures by submitting their ideas, observations, and suggestions within two areas: "improving an existing service" or "proposing a new service." These proposals will be subject to study and evaluation by specialized teams in preparation for implementing viable ideas that would contribute to improving services, simplifying procedures, and enhancing service recipient satisfaction.
It pointed out that it has also provided a service for issuing a "To Whom It May Concern" letter in English via its application. It affirmed that making these services available, alongside previously existing ones, embodies the Corporation's interest in service recipients and its keenness to ensure their voice is present and heard in the development of its services, and that its relationship with the public is not limited to providing services, but extends to listening to their opinions and observations and interacting with their needs, as they are essential partners in the journey of development and improvement.
In its statement, the Corporation invited citizens to download the "Jordanian Social Security" application and benefit from the services available through it, and to interact with the new communication channels by submitting their complaints, proposals, and ideas, which strengthens the partnership between the Corporation and its public and contributes to upgrading the level of services provided.
