It pointed out that the "Cover Yourself" service is now available through the application, which allows the worker to submit a notification in case of not being covered by social security, or in case of not being covered based on his actual salary, for the institution to verify the case and take the necessary measures to cover him in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Law.
The new package also includes the service of requesting immediate medical treatment for a work-related injury, which allows submitting a medical treatment request electronically in case one of the workers is exposed to a work accident, facilitating the procedures for obtaining immediate medical treatment in various medical entities accredited by the institution.
The institution confirmed that the insured person's information board has been expanded to show his service period and the remaining period for entitlement to early and mandatory retirement salary, noting that this service provided authorization to view the data, which allows individuals to authorize the banks where their accounts are held to view their data in the Social Security.
It explained that the launch of this new package comes within its continuous path in developing its electronic services and improving the user experience, and converting more services and procedures into easy and secure digital channels, enhancing the institution's audience's access to their rights and services without the need to visit its branches.
The institution called on the insured, retirees, and beneficiaries to download its application under the name of the Jordanian Social Security or (SSC Jordan) or update the existing version, and to benefit from the new services available through the application at any time and from any place.
