The Public Institution for Social Security has provided a new electronic service for employers and partners to access their company and establishment data and authorize liaison officers electronically via its website, enabling them to complete procedures related to their establishments without the need to visit the institution's branches.
The institution said in a statement today, Wednesday, that using the service starts by logging into the user's account, where Jordanians enter using their national ID and password for Sandiq, while non-Jordanians can enter in the usual way, then choosing "Establishment Services and Authorizations" and then choosing the "My Establishments" service.
It explained that when choosing the My Establishments service, the user is shown the establishments linked to them, whether covered by social security or not, and they can view the data of the linked establishments, while the system allows the non-covered establishment to submit a request to include the establishment.
The institution added that the covered establishment provides the user with a set of options, including viewing the information of the current liaison officer or adding a new liaison officer.
It pointed out that when choosing "Add or Appoint a New Liaison Officer", the user fills in the required data and attaches the necessary documents, then confirms the accuracy of the data and sends the request electronically, while the authorized partners, in the case of more than one authorized person gathered in the company, enter their personal account in the electronic services to approve the accreditation of the liaison officer, after which they will be dealt with according to the procedures adopted by the institution.
The institution confirmed that the availability of this service comes within the framework of facilitating the procedures of employers and partners, expanding the scope of electronic services provided to establishments, and enabling them to access their establishment data and complete their transactions electronically with ease.
