"Social Security" Invites Tourism Establishments to Benefit from Financial Facilities Before September 30

The Public Institution for Social Security has called on establishments working in the tourism sector and related activities to take the initiative to benefit from the exceptional financial facilities approved by the institution's board of directors to support this sector, before the end of next Wednesday (September 30, 2023).
The institution clarified in a statement, today Monday, that the total number of establishments working in the tourism sector and related activities registered with the Social Security amounts to 1238, of which 620 have benefited from them so far and have concluded installment agreements according to the stipulated facilities, while 618 establishments have not yet initiated any installment agreement.
It explained that the facilities allow beneficiary establishments to pay off the amounts due to them in installments with a reduced interest rate of 1 percent annually, while granting them the possibility of postponing the start of installment payments until April 2027 at the latest, thereby alleviating their financial burdens and providing them with additional time to fulfill their obligations.
It confirmed that next Wednesday is the last date for concluding installment agreements and benefiting from these facilities, urging establishments that have not yet taken the initiative to benefit from these facilities before the specified deadline.
