The Social Security Corporation Launches the Improved and New Version of its Mobile Application for Individuals

The General Organization for Social Insurance launched on Monday, the new and improved version of its mobile application for individuals, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop its electronic services and enhance the experience of its audience, making it easier for insured individuals, retirees, and beneficiaries to access their services, insurance information, and complete their transactions with ease and security, at any time and from any location.
The institution clarified in a press release issued by its media center that the new application represents a qualitative leap in the user experience, through a more user-friendly and flexible interface, and an intelligent mechanism to display services that match the user's insurance status, whereby the application automatically recognizes the user's insurance status and displays the electronic services that suit their situation, while retirees see their specific services, without the need to search among a large number of irrelevant services.
The institution added that the new application allows users to continuously monitor their insurance and retirement data and rights, where retirees can view the total contributions they have paid and were paid on their behalf during the period they were covered by social insurance, in addition to following the total retirement salaries that have been disbursed to them since the beginning of their retirement.
The institution pointed out that the new application allows the completion of services and transactions electronically without the need to visit the institution's branches, saving its audience time and effort, and allowing them to access their insurance services and information at any time and from any location within the Kingdom and abroad.
The institution invited its audience to download the new application or update the existing version they have, and to benefit from the electronic services available on it, explaining that the application is available under the name "Jordanian Social Security" or SSC Jordan through the Google Play and App Store stores.
