"You Ask and the Social Security Answers from the Field" service in Aqaba tomorrow

The Social Security Corporation announced the implementation of the "You Ask and the Social Security Answers from the Field" service tomorrow, Tuesday, in Aqaba Governorate, with the aim of enhancing direct communication with citizens and the public, and raising their awareness about the importance of social security and the insurance benefits it provides to subscribers and beneficiaries.
The Corporation added, in a statement today, Monday, that it will provide awareness stations supervised by a number of its employees to receive citizens and answer their inquiries regarding their insurance rights and the various benefits provided by the Social Security Law, in addition to introducing them to the services offered by the Corporation.
The awareness stations will also provide space to inquire about the electronic services made available through the new mobile application, most notably the instant work injury processing service, the rapid response service for complaints, the development suggestions window, a "To Whom It May Concern" letter in English, in addition to multiple electronic payment services that allow the user to complete payment transactions through the application using credit cards, ATM cards, as well as "Apple Pay" and "Google Pay" services.
The Corporation explained that the stations will be located at two sites: Ayla Commercial Market area and the Great Arab Revolt Plaza near the flagpole, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The Corporation confirmed its continuation in implementing these field activities in various governorates of the Kingdom, which enhances its field presence and direct communication with citizens, and contributes to raising their level of insurance awareness and informing them of their insurance rights and the services provided by the Corporation.
