Madaba figures express their pride in the security services for reaching the terrorist cell in Karak

Madaba Director of Culture Mohammed Al-Rawahneh said that Jordanians, from all walks of life and orientations, expressed their strongest condemnation of this sinful terrorist operation, which confirms society's rejection of violence and extremism in all its forms and manifestations, expressing great pride in the professionalism and efficiency of the security services in maintaining security and stability, drying up the sources of terrorism, and striking with an iron fist anyone who dares to harm Jordan.

He added that this heinous crime in Karak highlights the need to intensify efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of extremism and terrorism, and to strengthen the role of the family, school, university, media, and religious institutions in consolidating moderate thought, spreading a culture of dialogue and acceptance of the other, and rejecting the ideas of destructive extremist groups.

Former Deputy Mayor of Greater Madaba Basma Salayta said that the security services performed their role to the fullest, as is their custom, in reaching the dens of terrorists and confronting them firmly, to always be worthy of the trust of His Majesty King Abdullah II and the Jordanian people, and they were on the lookout for anyone who dares to undermine the steadfastness and stability of this homeland.

Dr. Engineer Ismail Al-Masalha said that the security services embodied a high model of readiness and professionalism in their handling of this terrorist incident, after they were able to track down the terrorist elements and arrest them, to tell everyone that Jordan's security is a red line, and that anyone who tries to tamper with its stability will be faced firmly and without leniency.

He added that this security achievement reflects their high ability to track elements of danger and high-level field coordination, and a proactive capability that prevented the circle of danger from widening, pointing out that the war on terrorism is not just a security confrontation, but a comprehensive national battle based on the awareness of society, the unity of Jordanians, and their rallying around their national institutions and various agencies.

The Executive Director of the Shabab42 Foundation, Hashem Al-Masarweh, said that the security services' pursuit of the terrorists involved in carrying out the Karak operation, and the speed of arresting those involved and bringing them to justice, confirms the extent of the vigilance and readiness of these services in protecting the security and stability of the homeland and safeguarding the lives of citizens.

He added that what the security services are doing is an extension of their national role in confronting anyone who tries to tamper with Jordan's security or threaten the safety of its children, which requires appreciating the sacrifices of their members and standing behind them in performing their national duty, stressing that such terrorist acts will only increase the Jordanian people's cohesion and rallying around their homeland, leadership, and national institutions.

Member of the Madaba Cultural Salon Issa Ajailat extended his thanks, appreciation, and pride to our security services that watch over the security and stability of the homeland, praising their efforts in arresting the takfiri terrorist cell involved in the heinous crime that targeted the Greek Orthodox Church in the village of Hamoud in Karak Governorate.

He said that our security services have proven once again that Jordan is strong through its men and its wise Hashemite leadership, led by His Majesty King Abdullah II, and that the security of the homeland is a red line that is not allowed to be crossed. As His Majesty confirmed during his visit to the wounded and injured in the armed attack in the hospitals, the response will be firm, and the blood of Jordanians is precious and dear and will not go in vain, and this is what our security services have proven by being up to the responsibility of pursuing the criminals, arresting them, and rooting out their danger.

Youth activist Odai Al-Shoura said that the professional approach of our security services is not new, as they have always been on the lookout for the forces of terrorism and extremism and in full readiness to collect information, reach the dens of terrorists, and prevent their evils in a region that has suffered from the fire of terrorism, but Jordan has remained a country of security and stability thanks to the awareness and professionalism of our security services.
