Social Security receives 176 development proposals within 24 hours

The Social Security Corporation received 176 development proposals within the first 24 hours of launching the electronic window dedicated to receiving suggestions via its mobile application, under the slogan "Your voice is heard and your idea makes a difference," an indicator reflecting the interaction of citizens and the public with the new channels launched by the Corporation to enhance their participation in developing its services and improving their quality.

The Corporation stated, in a statement today, Tuesday, that these proposals reflect the interest of citizens and its public in participating in the development of its services and procedures, and their keenness to provide ideas and observations that would contribute to improving the service recipient's experience, facilitating procedures, and enhancing the efficiency of the services provided.

It explained that the electronic window allows citizens, subscribers, and beneficiaries to submit their proposals and ideas through two main areas: "Improving an existing service" and "Proposing a new service," as specialized teams will study and evaluate the proposals and utilize applicable ideas, contributing to the development of services, improving their quality, and meeting the needs of service recipients.

It emphasized that the launch of this window comes within the framework of its approach aimed at enhancing direct communication with the public and consolidating a culture of participation in service development, based on its belief that listening to citizens' opinions and observations constitutes a fundamental pillar in improvement and development efforts, and that the public is an active partner in upgrading the level of services provided.

The Corporation invited citizens to take advantage of the electronic window via its mobile application and submit their development proposals and ideas, confirming its interest in studying these proposals and dealing with them in a way that achieves the public interest and contributes to providing more efficient and easier services.
