More than 100 settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque under protection of occupation forces

More than 100 settlers stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday morning, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, as confirmed by the Jerusalem Governorate.

The Governorate said in brief statements that the settlers performed Talmudic rituals and prayers in the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, on the occasion of the so-called 'Day of Atonement'.

It added that hundreds of settlers had gathered since the morning hours near the Gate of the Moroccans, in preparation for storming the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
