458 settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

Since early Monday morning, 458 settlers have stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate, under heavy protection from Israeli occupation forces.

On Sunday, hundreds of settlers, led by the Minister of National Security in the occupation government, Itamar Ben Gvir, stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy guard and performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern area.

The Jerusalem Governorate pointed out that the occupation forces are imposing a wide media blackout on what is happening in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque during the second day of the Jewish Day of Atonement.

It added that the occupation authorities restricted transportation and work in Jerusalem, imposed a complete closure on institutions and shops, and imposed restrictions on movement under the pretext of celebrating the holiday.
