The military coalition led by Saudi Arabia in support of the internationally recognized government in Yemen announced on Monday the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile launched by the Iranian-backed Yemeni Houthis towards Riyadh.
Coalition spokesman Turki Al-Maliki stated via the X platform that "air defenses intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the terrorist Houthi militia towards Riyadh."
