Al-Fanatsah said, "These royal messages constitute the essence of union work, from which the federation draws its mandate to defend workers' rights, protect their interests, and improve their living and professional conditions."
Al-Fanatseh added that the Federation, as the national umbrella representing workers’ unions and all Jordanian workers, highly values His Majesty’s emphasis on the rule of law and accountability, the principle that public office is a public service and a national responsibility, as well as His directives regarding water security, resource sustainability, and supporting economic modernization pathways.
Al-Fanatseh stressed that workers are a fundamental pillar in the nation’s construction and production, and that empowering them, providing decent working environments, enhancing social protection, and fostering dialogue among the parties of production are indispensable requirements for achieving equitable and sustainable development in line with the royal vision.
Al-Fanatseh emphasized that workers across all sectors of labor and production, along with all trade unions affiliated with the General Federation, stand united behind His Majesty King Abdullah II, reaffirming their pride, solidarity, and support for his wise leadership and for the principles and visions outlined in the Royal Address.
The Federation’s President affirmed that the Jordanian trade union movement will remain a responsible partner in the modernization process, supporting every effort that strengthens Jordan’s resilience, consolidates internal cohesion, and advances workers’ realities, rights, and achievements, thus translating royal directives into tangible impacts on citizens’ lives.
