Irbid Municipality: The King's presence among his people in Karak embodies the nation's solidarity and resilience

Chairman of the Greater Irbid Municipality Committee, Imad Al-Azzam, affirmed that the Jordanian people will remain resilient against all attempts at division that target their unity and strength, which they derive from their Hashemite leadership that has made Jordan's security, safety, and the unity of its people a red line that is not open to compromise.

Al-Azzam added that His Majesty the King's presence among his people in Karak is the best evidence of the nation's solidarity and their unified stance, which will not be affected by those malicious intentions that harbor evil for Jordan and Jordanians.

In a press statement this Friday evening, Al-Azzam said that the miserable terrorist operation that claimed the lives of innocent people at Hamoud Church in Karak will only increase the determination and strength of Jordanians to uproot terrorism and hold those responsible for this matter accountable, expressing his full confidence in the ability of the security services to hold the perpetrators accountable and bring them before the fair Jordanian judiciary.

Al-Azzam indicated that the tragedy that befell the people in Karak affected every Jordanian home from the north of Jordan to its south, and that standing by the victims' families today is a national duty and reflects the values of Jordanians who have never distinguished between religion or race.

Al-Azzam expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and the people of Karak in particular, and to Jordanians in general, stressing that this day constitutes a milestone in Jordan's history, as it is a witness to the sadness of Jordanians, their unity, and their rallying around the dear homeland.
