Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday that his country is still studying an American response to its proposal regarding the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, and will respond to Washington through intermediaries once this study is completed.
Baghaei also mentioned in a press conference that Iran continues to exchange messages through intermediaries.
