The municipality also continues to implement a number of projects related to road opening and paving, where the implementation of tender number (2/2026) for opening and paving works with a value of 70,000 dinars, funded by the Irbid Governorate Council budget, has begun.
In a related context, the municipality is preparing in the coming period to refer a number of tenders and service projects, including a tender for road opening, paving, and asphalt mixtures funded by the Ministry of Local Administration budget, alongside a tender for implementing rainwater drainage works in the municipality's areas funded by the Ministry of Local Administration budget.
The Chairman of the Barqash Municipality Committee, Engineer Muawiyah Al-Khazaaleh, confirmed that these projects come within its approach to investing available resources and directing them towards service and development priorities, which contributes to improving infrastructure and enhancing the level of services provided to citizens in various areas of the municipality.
The company is expected to start implementing the tender in the near future, according to the technical specifications and the time period specified in the tender documents and the signed agreement.
Barqash Municipality expressed its thanks to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Administration, Engineer Walid Al-Masri, for his continuous support for the municipality's projects, which enhances its efforts in implementing development and service projects and improving the level of services provided to citizens.
