Amman International Book Fair 2026 Attracts a Wide Audience

The 25th edition of the Amman International Book Fair (Silver Jubilee Edition) organized by the Jordanian Publishers Association, recorded a noticeable turnout during its first and second days, amidst positive impressions and general satisfaction among participating stalls and visitors at the Jordan International Exhibition Center in Mecca Mall.
Walid Sabah, Deputy Chairman of the Jordanian Publishers Association, confirmed that the initial indicators of the launch reflect an organizational success that is a source of pride, noting that the fair has succeeded since the early hours in establishing itself as a key destination that combines the acquisition of books and the celebration of awareness and thought.
He said in a press statement that the participating publishers from various Jordanian and Arab publishing houses expressed their satisfaction with the turnout of fair visitors on the first and second days, affirming that the noticeable attendance and visitors' enthusiasm for acquiring the latest literary, intellectual, and children's publications brought a sense of vitality and positively impacted the publishing movement and direct communication with readers.
Sabah explained that this year's fair is showcasing hundreds of thousands of titles covering various fields of science and knowledge, which complement a rich cultural program filled with intellectual seminars, poetry evenings, and signing sessions, making the fair an interactive space that attracted academic elites and youth alike.
The Deputy Chairman of the Association pointed out that the fair management and organizing committees' keenness to provide the highest levels of facilities for visitors and participating Arab delegations contributed to ensuring smooth entry and movement within the fair's halls, along with providing guides and logistical facilities that guarantee a comfortable visiting experience for everyone.
It is worth noting that the Amman International Book Fair opens its doors to the public daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., except on Fridays when reception starts from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
