"All of Us Jordan" in Karak enhances political awareness among youth regarding partisan work

The Karak Governorate team of the "All of Us Jordan" Youth Commission, the youth arm of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development, in cooperation with the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies, held a dialogue session titled "Empowering and Enhancing Political Awareness Among Jordanian Youth in the Field of Partisan Work," at the commission's headquarters in Karak.

The session witnessed an extensive discussion on the importance of youth engagement in political and partisan life and active contribution to the process of political modernization and comprehensive development, in addition to discussing the challenges and opportunities for youth to achieve effective participation in public life.

Dr. Radwan Al-Majali and Dr. Bilal Al-Adaila from the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Sciences spoke at the session. During the session, Dr. Radwan Al-Majali emphasized the pivotal role of youth in revitalizing partisan work, stressing the importance of raising the level of political awareness, promoting a positive partisan culture, and taking the initiative to engage in public work to serve national and youth issues.

For his part, Dr. Bilal Al-Adaila said that conscious partisan engagement for youth is no longer a secondary option, but rather a fundamental pillar for shaping an effective legislative and executive future, noting that societies only rise through the ability of their youth to move from the square of observation and anticipation to the space of decision-making and real influence in partisan programs.

Dr. Al-Adaila added that Jordanian political modernization is opening a real historical window today for emerging generations to frame their energies within strong programmatic parties, calling on youth to overcome traditional fears and build a critical consciousness based on the supreme national interest and competence, so that their future participation will be a real lever for sustainable development.

In turn, the coordinator of the "All of Us Jordan" Youth Commission in Karak Governorate, Odai Al-Hamaida, pointed out that this session comes within a series of awareness-raising activities and programs implemented by the commission with the aim of empowering Jordanian youth, building their capabilities, and expanding the horizons of their participation in decision-making and effective political participation in cooperation with various institutions and partner entities.
