About 10,000 settlers performed rituals at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron on Tuesday, with the participation of Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, Rabbi Yitzhak Shwartz, and Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir.
In Jerusalem, hundreds of settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate, under heavy protection by the Israeli occupation police, and performed Talmudic rituals and prayers, along with collective singing and clapping.
The Jerusalem Governorate explained that the incursions came on the fourth day of the so-called Jewish 'Feast of Tabernacles', noting that the settlers performed their rituals in the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the occupation police.
The governorate said that the settlers assaulted Palestinians in the Bab al-Amoud area with beatings and dragging, and published video clips documenting their attacks on social media.
The incursions coincided with the tightening of the occupation authorities' military measures around the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City, and the imposition of restrictions on the entry and movement of worshipers.
September witnessed repeated incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the most recent of which was on Monday, with the participation of 1,731 settlers.
According to data from the Jerusalem Governorate, more than 40,661 settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the beginning of the year until the end of August 2026, while the number of decisions to bar Jerusalemites from the mosque reached about 800 decisions from the beginning of the year until early September.
Incursions in Ramallah
Large numbers of settlers stormed the town of Beitunia and Griot Circle west of Ramallah on Tuesday, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, and assaulted several passing vehicles and pelted some of them with stones.
The settlers stationed themselves at Griot Circle and raised Israeli flags in preparation for performing Talmudic prayers at Ein Griot, amid Israeli soldiers' gunfire in the area.
Palestinian towns and villages are subjected to repeated attacks by the occupation forces and settlers, including the demolition of homes and facilities, land confiscation, uprooting of trees, and assaulting Palestinians and their properties.
Settlers burn two vehicles and a tent in Mughayir
At dawn on Tuesday, settlers burned two vehicles and a tent, attempted to burn a house, and wrote racist slogans on the homes of Palestinians in the village of Mughayir, northeast of Ramallah, while Israeli occupation forces arrested two children during a raid on the village.
Marzouq Abu Na'im, deputy head of the Mughayir Village Council, said that settlers attacked the village and set fire to two vehicles, one belonging to the citizen Jihad al-Naasan and the other to the citizen Musa Muhammad Abu Alia.
He added that the settlers also burned a tent belonging to Abu Alia, wrote racist slogans on the homes of his sons, and prevented Palestinians from reaching the place and extinguishing the fire.
Abu Na'im pointed out that the occupation forces arrested the two children, Mutaz Haitham Abu Na'im and Khaled Aref Abu Alia, both aged 16, during the raid on the village.
The village of Mughayir witnesses continuous attacks by settlers, in addition to repeated incursions by the occupation forces, while the recent days' attacks were accompanied by targeting citizens, their homes, vehicles, and properties.
