The Director of the Mafraq Water Administration, Engineer Hani Al-Harahsheh, said that water pumping was suspended in a number of neighborhoods in the city of Mafraq today, Monday, following the burst of a 12-inch water transmission line near the Ma'aniya roundabout.
Al-Harahsheh added that the administration's crews suspended pumping to the Al-Hussein and Al-Mustashfa neighborhoods, while maintenance teams began excavation work to reach and repair the line immediately upon receiving the report.
