The American Nasdaq Composite Index rose, today Tuesday, by 122 points to reach 27,244 points, which is a 0.45 percent increase.
At the end of today's deliberation session, the Dow Jones Industrial Index decreased by 185 points to reach 51,863 points, which is a 0.36 percent decrease.
In contrast, the "Standard & Poor's" (S&P 500) index remained stable at 7,764 without any increase or decrease.
Meanwhile, the price of American "West Texas" oil decreased slightly to settle at $95.21 per barrel.
