Launch of the Third Phase of the 'Techno Youth Entrepreneur' Program

The Youth Leadership Preparation Center at the Ministry of Youth launched, today Sunday, the training phase events of the third phase of the 'Techno Youth Entrepreneur – Cohort Three' program, in the presence of Dr. Shurooq Al-Hashem, Director of the Youth Leadership Preparation Center, in cooperation with Cyborg Intelligent Automation, and with the participation of 25 young men and women, at the Youth Leadership Preparation Center Hall, and the events of the phase will continue until Wednesday, corresponding to 30_9_2026.
The third training phase addresses a set of specialized topics in large language models and their applications, most notably the introduction to large language models and transformer technology, the basics of command engineering, and dealing with APIs and linking them to AI models.
The training also includes practical applications in building AI-powered applications and chatbots, in addition to introducing local large language models, practical application using a tool, linking applications to local models, and comparing their use with cloud models.
The program also includes training participants on the mechanisms for selecting and evaluating appropriate AI models according to quality, speed, cost, and privacy criteria, as well as introducing the principles of responsible AI.
The program aims to empower young people with practical knowledge and skills in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence, and enhance their ability to employ modern technologies in developing innovative ideas and projects, thereby contributing to building their capabilities and keeping pace with the rapid developments in technical and digital fields.
