Launch of the second phase of the Techno Youth program

The Ministry of Youth, at the Youth Leadership Preparation Center, has launched the second training phase of the "Techno Youth Entrepreneur - Third Cohort" program, in cooperation with Cyborg Intelligent Automation, with the participation of 24 young men and women from university students and recent graduates in information technology and engineering majors.

The training phase continues from September 13 to 16, 2026, and includes advanced topics in artificial intelligence and large language models, such as Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Transformers, and GPT model architecture, in addition to practical applications in prompt engineering and running models locally using Ollama.

The center's director, Dr. Shurooq Al-Hashim, emphasized the importance of the program in enhancing youth technical skills and linking them to labor market needs, while participant Rahma Rababa praised the level of training and support provided, considering the experience an opportunity to develop her practical skills. Mohammed Tariq noted that the program is presented professionally and supports participants in excelling in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence.

The program requires the submission of a practical entrepreneurial project as a training output, which enhances the ability of youth to employ modern technologies in creating applicable solutions. Its implementation comes within the Ministry of Youth's efforts to empower youth, keep pace with technological developments, and support their orientations towards innovation and entrepreneurship.
