Royal Decree approving the appointment of judges

A Royal Decree has been issued approving the Judicial Council's decision No. (228) of 2026 dated 15/10/2026, which includes the approval of the appointment of the following lawyers to the judiciary, who have met the appointment requirements, at the minimum salary of the sixth grade, effective Sunday, 8/11/2026.

Iqbal Azzam Fawaz Nasasra — Magistrate Judge at the Ajloun Court of First Instance.

Abdulrahman Mohammad Abdullah Jaradat — Magistrate Judge at the Ma'an Court of First Instance.

Renad Adnan Ahmad Halsa — Magistrate Judge at the Irbid Court of First Instance.

Tuqa Jihad Faleh Al-Badarin — Magistrate Judge at the Aqaba Court of First Instance.

Yazan Fayez Ahmad Salman — Magistrate Judge at the Ramtha Court of First Instance.

Huthaifa Mohammad Mustafa Rababa'ah — Magistrate Judge at the Ma'an Court of First Instance.

Mohammad Hussein Mohammad Al-Qudah — Magistrate Judge at the Northern Jordan Valley Magistrate Court.

Fares Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Shiyab — Magistrate Judge at the Aqaba Court of First Instance.

Tariq Bassam Farhan Samara — Magistrate Judge at the Tafilah Court of First Instance.
