A Royal Decree promoting 7 Sharia judges to the العليا grade and appointing 24 Sharia judges

A Royal Decree has been issued approving the Sharia Judicial Council's decision No. (8/22/2026), which includes the approval of the promotion of the following honorable judges to the minimum of the العليا grade, effective 1/11/2026:

1. Judge at the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Dr. Munawer Abdul Rab Raja Al-Alawin.

2. Judge at the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Hashim Abdul Rahman Younis, and his transfer as a member of the Supreme Sharia Court.

3. Judge at the Irbid Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hadi Mahmoud A'mar.

4. Judge at the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Riyad Qasim Mohammad Al-Dwairi.

5. Judge at the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Ghalib Karim Mufleh Al-Samarna.

6. Judge at the Irbid Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Dr. Qasim Mohammad Mohammad Bani Bakr.

7. Judge at the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, Honorable Sheikh Dr. Suhaib Abdullah Bashir Al-Shakhanbeh.

And the Judicial Council's decision No. (8/23/2026), which includes the approval of the appointment of the following honorable individuals as Sharia judges at the minimum of the sixth grade, effective 1/11/2026:

2. Honorable Sheikh Ubaida Ma'an Abdul Salam Freihat as a judge at the North Shuna Primary Sharia Court.

3. Honorable Sheikh Ammar Bakr Mustafa Bani Irshid as a judge at the Kufranja Primary Sharia Court.
