The Sharia Judicial Council decides transfers involving 100 Sharia judges (names)

The Council decided to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Muwafaq Ali Al-Sayed Al-Shiyab, a judge in the Beni Kenana Primary Sharia Court, as a judge in the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Musa Muhammad Bani Awwad, a judge in the Kura Primary Sharia Court, to the Ramtha Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Fadi Muhammad Mustafa Al-Samadi, and to assign him administrative tasks in addition to his work. The Council also decided to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Ali Fayez Abdulrahman Bani Fawaz, a judge in the Zarqa Primary Sharia Court/Cases, to the Directorate of Estates and Minors Affairs, and to appoint His Eminence Sheikh Khalaf Muhammad Audah Al-Dabaibeh, a judge in the Amman South Primary Sharia Court/Cases, as Assistant to the First Sharia Public Prosecutor in the Amman Sharia Court of Appeal, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Mahmoud Ahmed Al-Zayid from the Hashemite Primary Sharia Court to the Bal'ama Primary Sharia Court.

The decisions included transferring His Eminence Sheikh Hudayfa Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Majali from the Sweileh Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Ain Al-Basha Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Jameel Muti' Al-Muwajdeh, and to assign him administrative tasks in addition to his work, and to transfer His Eminence Dr. Rami Ahmed Muhammad Hijazi from the Irbid Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Ajloun Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Ali Tawfiq Al-Muwamini, and to assign him administrative tasks in addition to his work. His Eminence Sheikh Aliyan Muhammad Aliyan Al-Ghanem, a judge in the Madaba Primary Sharia Court, was also appointed as Assistant to the First Sharia Public Prosecutor at the Amman Court of Appeal.

The transfers included moving His Eminence Sheikh Shaher Ahmed Muhammad Ghuraybah from the Irbid Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Mafraq Primary Sharia Court/Cases to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Hussein Mahmoud Bani Yousef, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Hussein Muhammad Hasan Saeed Al-Busoul from the Mazar North Primary Sharia Court to the Beni Kenana Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Muwafaq Ali Al-Sayed Al-Shiyab, and to assign him administrative tasks in addition to his work. His Eminence Sheikh Omar Salem Abdelkader Al-Makhatreh was also transferred from the A'i Primary Sharia Court to the Tafila Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Hani Kayed Muhammad Al-Ghanem, and to assign him administrative tasks in addition to his work, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Jalal Mukhlid Ayed Al-Thunayyan from the Amman Central Primary Sharia Court to the Amman Primary Sharia Court/Enforcement and to assign him administrative tasks in addition to his work.

The Council decided to transfer His Eminence Dr. Ali Oudeh Fankhor Al-Sharfat from the Khalidiya Primary Sharia Court to the Russeifa Primary Sharia Court/Cases to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Tayseer Ahmed Al-Daba'i, and to appoint His Eminence Dr. Bassam Nahar Nahar Al-Batoun, Assistant to the First Sharia Public Prosecutor at the Amman Court of Appeal, as Assistant to the Sharia Public Prosecutor. His Eminence Sheikh Abdulfattah Abdulkarim Ahmed Al-Anani was also transferred from the Amman Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Madaba Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Musa Dawood Aqil, and to transfer His Eminence Dr. Anas Ahmed Ali Jaradat from the Russeifa Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Sweileh Primary Sharia Court/Cases to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Issa Muhammad Ahmed Al-Ghzou.

The Council decided to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Huda Ahmed Muhammad Al-Daman from the Shuna North Primary Sharia Court to the Irbid Primary Sharia Court/Cases to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Ali Abdelkader Rababah, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Bahaa Ahmed Muhammad Al-Khalaileh from the Russeifa Primary Sharia Court/Documentation to the Russeifa Primary Sharia Court/Cases to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Yacoub Mahmoud Khawaldeh, and to assign him administrative tasks in the Russeifa Primary Sharia Court Complex in addition to his work. His Eminence Sheikh Mufeed Eid Mahmoud Ramamneh was also transferred from the Wadi Al-Seer Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Sweileh Primary Sharia Court/Cases to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Hudayfa Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Majali, and to assign him administrative tasks in the Sweileh Primary Sharia Court Complex in addition to his work.

The Council decided to transfer His Eminence Dr. Mahmoud Za'al Abdul Khalaf Al-Harasis from the Zarqa Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Naour Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Dr. Basim Mashhur Ahmed Al-Aqeel, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Munther Aarif Hassan Al-Bashre from the Amman Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Amman Primary Sharia Court/Estates, and to transfer His Eminence Sheikh Hani Kayed Muhammad Al-Ghanem from the Tafila Primary Sharia Court to the Aqaba Primary Sharia Court/Documentation and Estates, and to assign him administrative tasks in the Aqaba Primary Sharia Court Complex in addition to his work. His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Hussein Mahmoud Bani Yousef was also transferred from the Mafraq Primary Sharia Court/Cases to the Kura Primary Sharia Court to look into the cases that were being handled by His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Musa Muhammad Bani Awwad.

The decisions included transferring Sheikh Osama Atallah Atiwi Al-Sarayrah from the Karak Sharia Court of First Instance to the Aqaba Sharia Court of First Instance / Execution, and transferring Sheikh Basem Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Zghoul from the Jerash Sharia Court of First Instance to the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Dr. Sheikh Rami Ahmad Mohammad Hijazi. Sheikh Barakat Saadi Mohammad Abu Tayeh was also transferred from the Aqaba Sharia Court of First Instance / Execution to the Ma'an Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Saif Al-Din Abdulrahman Rajab Abu Al-Ezz, and Sheikh Abdullah Maher Youssef Malkawi was transferred from the Sweileh Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation to the Central Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation and assigned administrative duties in addition to his work.

The Council decided to transfer Sheikh Issa Abdelhadi Issa Al-Dabdoubi from the Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Execution to the South Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Amer Jumaa Atiyah Talaq, Sheikh Yazan Abdelkarim Abdullah Al-Hiyari from the Ain Al-Basha Sharia Court of First Instance to the Ruseifa Sharia Court of First Instance / Execution, and Sheikh Moussa Mahmoud Mufdi Al-Khalayleh from the Zarqa Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation to the Jerash Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Mohammad Suleiman Mahmoud Malkawi. Also, Sheikh Hamad Mutlab Salem Al-Salaita was transferred from the Hasa Sharia Court of First Instance to the Qatrana Sharia Court of First Instance, and Dr. Sheikh Youssef Eleian Ahmad Daradkeh was transferred from the North Shuneh Sharia Court of First Instance to the Al-Taybeh Sharia Court of First Instance.

Sheikh Mustafa Rabah Mustafa Younis was also transferred from the Sahab Sharia Court of First Instance to the Zarqa Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Amer Ali Hussein Al-Khrabsheh, Dr. Sheikh Uwais Basem Faisal Al-Jawabrah was transferred from the Sweileh Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to the Sahab Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Mustafa Rabah Mustafa Younis, and Sheikh Mohammad Abdulrazzaq Mohammad Abu Hazeem was transferred from the Deir Alla Sharia Court of First Instance to the South Shuneh Sharia Court of First Instance.

The decisions included assigning Sheikh Mohammad Jasser Falah Miqdadi, a judge at the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation, to handle the duties of the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Estates in addition to his work, and transferring Sheikh Omar Abdul Hassan Al-Abdallat from the East Amman Sharia Court of First Instance to the Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Bashar Kamel Abdullah Al-Obeidat. Furthermore, Sheikh Ghaleb Ersan Ali Al-Momani was transferred from the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation to the Bani Obeid Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Ayman Abdelkarim Hussein Bani Younis, and Sheikh Osama Mohammad Abdullah Al-Awadi was transferred from the Al-Jafr Sharia Court of First Instance to the Tafilah Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Abdullah Khalil Jibril Ayal Salman.

The transfers included transferring Sheikh Mohammad Suleiman Mahmoud Malkawi from the Jerash Sharia Court of First Instance to the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Abdulbaset Fahmi Mohammad Al-Zoubi, and Sheikh Abdulbaset Fahmi Mohammad Al-Zoubi from the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to the Ain Al-Basha Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Omar Samir Abdelkarim Al-Assaf. Also, Sheikh Mohammad Moussa Daoud Aql was transferred from the Madaba Sharia Court of First Instance to the Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Riyad Moussa Daifallah Al-Qudah, and Sheikh Saif Al-Din Abdulrahman Rajab Abu Al-Ezz was transferred from the Ma'an Sharia Court of First Instance to the Al-Quwairah Sharia Court of First Instance.

The Council decided to transfer Sheikh Hashem Abdulmahdi Mohammad Hezaymeh from the Jerash Sharia Court of First Instance to the Zarqa Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Sami Abdulnabi Salim Al-Najada, and Sheikh Riyad Moussa Daifallah Al-Qudah from the Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to the Wadi Al-Sir Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Mufid Eid Mahmoud Ramamneh. Also, Sheikh Raed Amer Saadeldin Darwish was transferred from the South Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to the Ain Al-Basha Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Mahmoud Adel Mahmoud Al-Salhi, and Sheikh Moaz Adnan Abdulrahman Asaad was transferred from the Dhiban Sharia Court of First Instance to the Salt Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Suleiman Ali Mohammad Al-Nsour.

The Council decided to transfer Sheikh Amer Jumaa Atiyah Talaq from the South Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to the Madaba Sharia Court of First Instance to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Abdulhafez Nimr Abdulhafez Oudeh, and Dr. Sheikh Omar Ahmad Abdul Zoubi from the South Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation to the South Amman Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Khalaf Mohammad Oudeh Al-Dabaybeh. Also, Sheikh Ahmad Ibrahim Mohammad Qatifan was transferred from the Aqaba Sharia Court of First Instance / Cases to the Sweileh Sharia Court of First Instance / Documentation, and Sheikh Sufyan Mahmoud Abdullah Helat was transferred from the North Mazar Sharia Court of First Instance to the Irbid Sharia Court of First Instance / Execution.

The decisions included transferring Sheikh Abdulhafiz Nimr Abdulhafiz Odeh from the Madaba Sharia First Instance Court to the Amman Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Munther Aref Hasan Al-Bisher, and transferring Sheikh Khaled Aqeel Al-Mro Al-Ghayalin from the Mahis Sharia First Instance Court to the Salt Sharia First Instance Court to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Ahmad Mohammad Shraiqi Al-Bawaneh. Sheikh Issa Mohammad Issa Al-Saud was also transferred from the Ghor Al-Safi Sharia First Instance Court to the Rusaifeh Sharia First Instance Court / Documentation, Sheikh Mahmoud Abdullah Awad Atbyshi was transferred from the Kufranja Sharia First Instance Court to the Beni Ubaid Sharia First Instance Court to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Khair Ibrahim Youssef Dradkeh, and Sheikh Amer Ahmad Ali Al-Hamadin was transferred from the Arda Sharia First Instance Court to the East Amman Sharia First Instance Court.

The Council decided to transfer Sheikh Dr. Yazan Naim Abdul Hamid Abu Dughmeh from the Amman Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to the Zarqa Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Bakr Taisir Bakr Al-Zu'bi, and to transfer Sheikh Fadi Mohammad Saleh Bani Ata from the Rusaifeh Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to the Ramtha Sharia First Instance Court to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Ubadah Ahmad Abdulrahman Ibdah. Sheikh Moaz Omar Mohammad Abdulqadir was also transferred from the Karak Sharia First Instance Court to the South Amman Sharia First Instance Court / Documentation, Sheikh Ubaidah Omar Abdullah Bani Yassin was transferred from the Ruwaished Sharia First Instance Court to the Irbid Sharia First Instance Court / Documentation, and Sheikh Mohammad Aref Tawfiq Al-Majali was transferred from the Quwairah Sharia First Instance Court to the Ai Sharia First Instance Court.

The decisions included transferring Sheikh Mohammad Mazen Sabri Al-Omari from the Zarqa Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to the Sweileh Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Wissam Mohammad Ali Al-Shara', and transferring Sheikh Ahmad Mohammad Shraiqi Al-Bawaneh from the Salt Sharia First Instance Court to the Wadi Al-Seer Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Dr. Walid Khaled Mahmoud Bakleizi. Furthermore, Sheikh Ahmad Taisir Ahmad Al-Qudah was transferred from the Azraq Sharia First Instance Court to the Northern Mazar Sharia First Instance Court to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Sufian Mahmoud Abdullah Heilat, and Sheikh Omar Samir Abdulkarim Al-Assaf was transferred from the Ein Al-Basha Sharia First Instance Court to the South Amman Sharia First Instance Court / Cases to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Raed Amer Saadaldin Darwish.

The Council decided to assign Sheikh Zaid Emad Hussein Al-Jawawdeh, judge at the Zarqa Sharia First Instance Court / Cases, to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Mohammad Mazen Sabri Al-Omari, and to assign Sheikh Ubaidah Maen Abdulsalam Freihat, judge at the Northern Shuna Sharia First Instance Court, to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Dr. Youssef Olayan Ahmad Dradkeh. In addition, Sheikh Mohammad Rateb Ismail Freihat, judge at the Zarqa Sharia First Instance Court / Cases, was assigned to hear the cases previously heard by Sheikh Dr. Mahmoud Zaal Abd Khalf Al-Harasis, and Sheikh Thamer Ahmad Abdullah Al-Mazaideh was transferred from the Ma'an Sharia First Instance Court to the Al-Jafr Sharia First Instance Court.
