Influencers.. Jordan's Ambassadors to the World

Tourism enthusiasts in Petra considered that the attraction of content creators and influencers on social media platforms by the Tourism Promotion Authority is an important tool for promoting Jordan's historical, natural, and aesthetic heritage, which will enhance the Kingdom's global presence.

They confirmed that content creators and influencers have become an important tool in today's world to reach people in different languages and cultures, which will encourage those interested in tourism to consider the Kingdom as one of their upcoming options.

Tourism expert Eid Al-Nawfalah said that this approach by the Tourism Promotion Authority and its continuous attraction of influencers and content creators in various languages has contributed to enhancing the world's understanding of Jordan and its important archaeological and tourist sites.

Al-Nawfalah added that the content created by the influencers attracted by the Authority has reached millions of social media users, meaning that they have become one of the most prominent tools for promoting tourism.

Tourism expert Sulaiman Al-Hasanat confirmed that what distinguished the content of the influencers attracted by the Tourism Promotion Authority was that it highlighted the beauty of different tourist sites and contributed to promoting Jordanian culture, folklore, and heritage.

Al-Hasanat considered that this content, which was followed by hundreds of millions around the world, encourages optimism about promising tourism seasons after the end of the current political crisis in the Middle East.

Petra Hotels Association President Samih Al-Nawfalah pointed out that this approach by the Tourism Promotion Authority comes amid global competitiveness in promoting tourism through the exploitation of the digital world with its various tools, which is a step in the right direction.

Al-Nawfalah expressed his hope that the content prepared by influencers would include progress in the level of public and tourist services and the advanced service facilities in Jordan, which are comparable to those in major tourist countries.

Many digital content creators of various nationalities had worked in cooperation and coordination with the Tourism Promotion Authority to prepare and publish diverse content about the archaeological, tourist, natural, and aesthetic sites in the Kingdom, with the latest being Jordanian content creator Joe Hattab.

The published content received widespread interaction from followers from different countries around the world, as many expressed their desire to visit the Kingdom for tourism purposes and to get to know closely the diverse sites it contains that deserve a visit.
