Barkash Municipality Discusses Olive Season Preparations

The Mayor of Barkash Municipality, Eng. Muawiyah Al-Khazaileh, discussed with the president of the Awn Women's Charity Association, in the presence of the management of the Barkash Cooperative Association, ways of cooperation during the olive season.
Al-Khazaileh said on Friday that they discussed the preparations of the joint olive press with the municipality and the necessary arrangements to receive the olive harvesting season, ensuring the provision of the best services to the region's residents and farmers.
On the other hand, Al-Khazaileh stated that Barkash Municipality carried out a comprehensive cleanliness campaign in the Barkash and Umm Al-Naml forests, with the participation of the municipality, the Koura District Governorate, the Awn Women's Charity Association, the Barkash Cooperative Association, the Directorate of Environment, and Community Police, reaffirming the spirit of shared responsibility, promoting environmental awareness, and preserving public facilities and beautiful forests.
He emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between various official and civil institutions, contributing to serving the local community, preserving public facilities and the environment, and promoting the culture of volunteer work and the spirit of partnership to serve the people of the region.
