Dr. Ismail Fawaz Al-Khatib, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, affirmed that the Ministry is committed to developing its human resources and enhancing their professional competence, which strengthens its field performance and serves its religious and community mission.

Al-Khatib said, in statements to "Al-Rai", that the Ministry attaches great importance to training and qualification programs, foremost among which are the courses held in cooperation with the International University of Islamic Sciences, aimed at Imams, preachers, and muezzins, to enhance their scientific, da'wah, and professional skills, which positively reflects on their performance and service to worshippers and the community.

He highlighted the importance of the vocal modes course that Imams benefit from at the university, confirming that it has contributed to improving their performance in reciting the Quran and the call to prayer, adding more beauty and good performance in mosques, which positively reflected on the worshippers and the atmosphere of reverence and contemplation.

Al-Khatib emphasized that investing in human resources represents a key axis in the Ministry's future plan, and that enhancing the efficiency of field workers will remain a constant priority, considering them the direct interface of the Ministry and its mission in society.
