"Ajloun Awqaf" launches winter campaign under the slogan "Let's make their winter warmer"

The Ajloun Governorate Awqaf Directorate launched on Monday the winter campaign initiative under the slogan "Let's make their winter warmer" during a meeting with the heads and members of the Zakat committees operating in the governorate.
The Director of Awqaf, Dr. Safwan Al-Qudah, emphasized that the campaign comes within the framework of the Directorate's role in supporting needy families during the winter season by providing heating means, clothing, and food supplies, contributing to alleviating the living burdens on these families.
Al-Qudah stressed the importance of coordination and integration between Zakat committees, the local community, and supporting institutions to ensure the success of the campaign, calling for teamwork to enhance the values of social solidarity and justice in the distribution of Zakat and charities, and commitment to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, to ensure the sustainability of charitable work and maximize its impact in the community.
For his part, the Head of the Zakat Section, Mohammed Al-Momani, pointed out that the initiative falls within the Directorate's continuous efforts to organize charitable work, noting the importance of the role of Zakat committees in the field through direct communication with needy families and updating databases to ensure the delivery of aid to those who deserve it with accuracy and transparency.
