Zarqa Youth organizes two training sessions to introduce the Al-Hussein Award for Voluntary Work in cooperation with education directorates

The Zarqa Governorate Youth Directorate, in cooperation with the Education Directorate for the Zarqa II region, organized a training session yesterday, Monday, at the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah Mixed Primary School for the fourth cycle of the Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work, with the participation of 44 male and female teachers serving as liaison officers in the directorate.

The directorate also organized, in cooperation with the Education Directorate for the Russeifa region, a training session yesterday, Monday, at the Jumana bint Abi Talib Secondary School for Girls for the fourth cycle of the Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work, with the participation of 31 male and female teachers serving as liaison officers in the directorate.

Each training session included a brief presentation defining the award’s philosophy, pillars, mission, objectives, fields, its four categories, criteria, principles, and application requirements. It also included training on how to create accounts on the platform, resolving technical issues faced by applicants, reviewing registration steps, the mechanism for entering required data and information, filling out the form correctly according to the category—which includes applicant data, initiative information, evaluation questions, declarations, and attachments—as well as a presentation of the award’s guidebook and answering participants' questions and inquiries.

During the sessions, the award ambassadors emphasized the readiness of the Zarqa Governorate Youth Directorate to provide technical support and assistance in registering voluntary initiatives and projects wishing to apply for the award.
