Data from the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority revealed a serious escalation in the death toll from settlers during 2026, reaching 30 martyrs as of the 2nd of October, surpassing every year observed since 2022.
It was noted that the toll for the months passed in 2026 exceeded double the toll of the entire previous year, with an increase of nearly 114%, indicating a serious escalation in the deadly outcomes of settler terrorism.
The uniqueness of the data for the current year is also highlighted by the concentration of the toll in the governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh and Nablus, as the Authority recorded 15 martyrs in Ramallah and Al-Bireh and 7 in Nablus, which is about 73% of the total, compared to 3 in Hebron, two in each of Jerusalem and Salfit, and one in Qalqilya. The list documents multiple-victim killing incidents during a single attack, as happened in Abu Flah and Tal, and attacks on Al-Mughayyir school and the outskirts of towns, which show how settler terrorism threatens the lives of Palestinians in their homes, schools, and workplaces, and doubles the pressure aimed at uprooting them from their land.
