Two sources in the Aden police, which the internationally backed Yemeni government uses as its temporary headquarters, reported that two missiles landed in the vicinity of the airport on Friday, while the Houthi-affiliated Saba news agency reported that they targeted a Saudi forces command headquarters in the governorate.

The two sources told Agence France-Presse (AFP) of the "landing of two missiles in the vicinity of Aden Airport," after an AFP photographer reported hearing two explosions in the airport area.
