The course lasts for four days and aims to build the capacities of participants and empower them to plan and implement community sports initiatives and activities, in addition to promoting the concepts of Olympic values, leadership, volunteer work, and community participation.
The course includes a series of training sessions and practical activities on sport for development, Olympic values, preparing plans for community initiatives, and preparing to implement them, in addition to mobile journalism skills.
The project comes within the framework of the Jordan Olympic Committee's interest in promoting community sports and expanding the base of sports participation in various governorates of the Kingdom. The training courses will continue later with the participation of leaders from the Central and Southern regions, in preparation for implementing community sports initiatives and activities that meet the needs of local communities.
