‏

The All Jordan Youth Commission, the youth arm of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development in the capital governorate, in cooperation with the Jordanian Trainers Association, concluded a "Train the Trainers" course. The course lasted for three days with the participation of 30 young men and women, as part of efforts aimed at developing youth competencies and qualifying them to possess training tools and transfer knowledge, thereby enhancing the role of youth in serving their local communities and building participants' skills in training.

The graduation ceremony for the participants was sponsored by the Assistant Governor of the Capital for Development Affairs, Dr. Saleh Al-Kilani, in the presence of the Director General of the All Jordan Youth Commission, lawyer Abdulrahim Al-Zawahreh.

Al-Kilani emphasized that investing in youth and developing their skills constitutes a fundamental pillar in supporting development paths, pointing to the importance of training programs that contribute to refining the personalities of young people and enhancing their abilities in communication, leadership, and teamwork.

For his part, the coordinator of the capital governorate at the All Jordan Youth Commission, Othman Al-Abadi, said that organizing this course comes within the commission's directives aimed at empowering youth with practical skills that help them develop their capabilities and turn their knowledge into applicable experiences, noting that the cooperation with the Jordanian Trainers Association provided participants with the opportunity to benefit from a specialized program in preparing trainers.

Trainee Salam Habash said that the "Train the Trainers" course is the art of minds and the inspiration of hearts, as the trainer touched upon highlighting the strengths that qualify a person to become a trainer, the most important personalities one might face as a trainer, how to deal with them, and highlighting the most important concepts in the field of training.

Trainee Mohammad Abdulhamid Abu Amireh, a Human Resources Administrator at the Judicial Institute of Jordan, praised the importance of this training for its contribution to developing public speaking and presentation skills, designing training kits, and mastering interactive training methods.
