Today, the Train the Trainer (TOT) Course was launched at the 'We Are All Jordan Youth' Organization – Irbid branch, with the participation of 25 young men and women, as part of the organization's programs aimed at empowering youth, developing their skills, and building their capacities in various fields.
The course is implemented to enhance the participants' skills in the field of training, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to prepare and deliver impactful and effective training content, thereby contributing to the development of their personal and professional capabilities, and increasing their readiness to participate in the implementation of youth programs and initiatives.
The first day of the course included a series of interactive training activities and applications, focusing on trainer skills, effective communication methods, and session management techniques, in addition to enhancing the presentation, interaction, and participation skills of the trainees.
The course activities will continue over three training days, with active interaction and participation from young men and women, reflecting their interest in developing their skills and acquiring the necessary expertise in the field of training, enabling them to transfer knowledge and contribute effectively in serving their local communities.
