In the field of professional training and development, the center launched a Training of Trainers (TOT) course, with the participation of 20 young men and women.
Dr. Renad Al-Momani explained that the course aims to enhance participants' training skills and provide them with the necessary knowledge and tools to prepare and deliver training content effectively, contributing to the development of their personal and professional capabilities and increasing their readiness to participate in implementing youth programs and initiatives.
Within the framework of vocational skills development, the center launched a course in cosmetology with the participation of 15 young women, presented by trainer Ansam Al-Qudah. The course focused on the basics of haircutting and styling, training on the use of styling tools, including scissors, combs, clippers, and hair dryers, in addition to introducing the basics of skincare, skin types, selecting appropriate products, and cleaning methods.
In the artistic field, the center continues to implement a piano-playing program in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, as part of the package of training programs implemented by the Ministry of Youth in youth centers, and within the framework of the Youth Development Project, one of the projects of the US Embassy in Amman. The program, presented by trainer Merit Haddad, aims to enhance musical and artistic awareness, refine participants' talents, develop their playing abilities, discover young talents, provide an educational environment that supports the development of artistic taste, and prepare musical cadres capable of participating in the artistic scene.
These programs come within the framework of the Ministry of Youth's efforts aimed at diversifying the training opportunities available in youth centers, developing technical, vocational, and artistic skills among youth, and providing them with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and experiences that contribute to developing their capabilities and enhancing their participation in various fields.
