The Naval Force and Royal Boats rescue two tourist boats in Aqaba

The Naval Force and Royal Boats managed, on Friday, to rescue two tourist boats that ran aground due to a technical malfunction, which caused them to lose control and drifted them towards one of the piers in the Gulf of Aqaba.

Immediately upon receiving the report, the Naval Operations Center dispatched public safety boats belonging to the Coast Guard unit, where the naval crews were able to rescue the two boats and the people on board, and tow them to the nearest safe port, to prevent any human casualties.

This intervention reflects the high level of readiness, professionalism, and expertise enjoyed by the personnel of the Naval Force and Royal Boats in dealing with maritime incidents and preserving the safety of lives and property.
