The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced on Saturday that it is following, through the Operations Directorate, the incident of the killing of Jordanian Muhammad Al-Hashayshah in the American city of Chicago, following an attack he was subjected to while he was at his workplace.
The official spokesman for the Ministry, Ambassador Fouad Al-Mujal, said that the Jordanian Embassy in Washington is following up with the American authorities the investigations related to the attack, explaining that the embassy is in constant contact with the deceased's family.
He added that the embassy provided the necessary facilities for the burial of Al-Hashayshah's body in the United States, based on the wishes of his family, and also offered condolences.
Al-Mujal expressed his condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, asking God to envelop him with His vast mercy and to grant his family patience and solace.
