On the cultural side of the festival, the committee has opened participation in the Nabati poetry competition for interested poets, in a move that seeks to celebrate this authentic poetic genre and highlight its presence within the festival's cultural and heritage events.

The committee invited poets wishing to participate to send their poems via the email designated for the competition: Higenpoetry@culture.gov.jo

Or via WhatsApp at the numbers 00962799679357 and 00962795693593, provided that the deadline for receiving entries is Saturday, September 19, 2026.

The festival combines camel racing with events related to Nabati poetry and heritage, reflecting the presence of Arab heritage in the Jordanian cultural scene and opening a space for communication between creators and those interested in heritage from Jordan and Arab countries.
