Shipping sector sources said on Tuesday that oil loading at the Saudi Yanbu Port on the Red Sea has been suspended, days after Saudi Arabia, the world's largest exporter of crude oil, closed the East-West pipeline due to an attack by the Houthi group, an ally of Iran in Yemen.
Saudi Aramco has increased the use of the Yanbu plant since the start of the US war on Iran on February 28.
