Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi will shortly deliver a joint statement on behalf of Jordan and the countries founding the Global Initiative to Renew Political Commitment to International Humanitarian Law.
The statement comes as part of the preparations for Jordan to host the international conference 'Safeguarding Humanity in War' on January 7th.
