Ramtha Municipality deals with reports of rising rainwater levels

The official spokesman for Ramtha Municipality, Anmar Al-Zu'bi, confirmed that the municipality's crews dealt with several reports related to rising rainwater levels in various areas.

Al-Zu'bi pointed out that the municipality crews pumped out rainwater that flooded one of the houses, resulting in material damage only without recording any human injuries.

He also noted that all remarks and reports received by the municipality's operations room were addressed and resolved, including dealing with markets and streets that witnessed a rise in water levels and restoring normal traffic flow.

The official spokesman stressed that the rise in water levels in markets and streets is due to the heavy rainfall within a very short period of time, pointing out that the municipality crews managed to address and resolve all remarks received by the operations room and restore normal conditions.
