The Qalqilya Council affirmed that the Royal Throne Speech delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, may God protect and guide him, on the occasion of opening the third ordinary session of the Twentieth Parliament, carried firm national messages reflecting Jordan's dignity, the strength of its state, the steadfastness of its positions, and its pride in its history, identity, and national constants.
The council emphasized that the national values conveyed in the speech reflect the wisdom of the Hashemite leadership in confronting challenges, its commitment to safeguarding the nation's achievements, protecting its security and stability, advancing the path of construction and modernization, and consolidating Jordan’s standing and pivotal role within its Arab, regional, and international spheres.
The Qalqilya Council renewed its firm loyalty and allegiance to His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, affirming its unified support behind the Hashemite leadership and expressing pride in the gallant members of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army – and the security agencies, who embody the highest ideals of sacrifice and loyalty and serve as the nation's shield and impregnable barrier in safeguarding its security, stability, and resources.
Jordan, under its wise Hashemite leadership, national unity, and strong institutions, will remain a nation impervious to challenges, standing tall in its principles, unwavering in its values, committed to its constants, and capable of moving forward with confidence, determination, and unyielding resolve.
May God protect Jordan as a cherished and fortified nation, grant His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein continued health and well-being, preserve His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein ibn Abdullah, the trusted heir, and bless our nation with lasting security and stability, and our Hashemite leadership with enduring honor and exaltation.
