According to "France Press", Mladenov confirmed during a press conference at a Peace Council meeting that the ongoing work in cooperation with mediators in Egypt, Turkey, and Qatar has resulted in a commitment to managing the transitional phase and the procedures for the handover of weapons according to a specific roadmap and within the framework of the Security Council resolution and the 20-point plan.

For his part, the head of the Palestinian Committee for the Administration of Gaza, Ali Shaath, said that the committee is working to rebuild the sector, emphasizing that one of its priorities is to provide the conditions that allow Gaza children to return to schools and resume the educational process.
He pointed to the submission of an urgent work plan that includes 71 developmental and relief programs with a priority scale extending for six months, to address the conditions and launch comprehensive recovery operations.
For his part, the representative of the military representative of the Military-Civilian Coordination Council in Gaza revealed the details of the mechanism of work of the "Peace Establishment Force" in the sector, indicating that it will implement its field tasks sector by sector in a gradual manner.
He pointed out that the military cell will focus in the first phase on dealing with the issue of weapons, tunnels, and military installations, while working under the umbrella of the "National Committee" to pave the way for handing over full control of the administration of the sector.
He added that the handover of control to the National Committee will coincide with the withdrawal of Israeli forces, in parallel with the continuation of the field verification and verification process, which may take a long time.
