Ministry of Youth and Football Association discuss ways to enhance strategic partnership

Minister of Youth Dr. Raed Sami Al-Adwan, Vice President of the Jordan Football Association Marwan Juma, and Acting Secretary-General of the Association Farah Badarneh discussed ways to enhance the strategic partnership in developing sports infrastructure in the Kingdom and upgrading the readiness of sports facilities and amenities, in line with the ambitions of Jordanian sports and its upcoming entitlements.

During the meeting held today at the Ministry of Youth, in the presence of the Ministry's Secretary-General Dr. Mazen Abu Baqar, Director of Al-Hussein Youth City Raed Mirza, and Director of Youth Directorates Anas Al-Qudah, mechanisms for joint work and integration were discussed to establish a new phase of joint planning and institutional work, according to the actual priorities and needs of sports facilities, and to develop ambitious plans for their development, rehabilitation, and the enhancement of their operational efficiency and sustainability, in a way that serves football and sports clubs.

This partnership comes in light of the development and achievements witnessed by Jordanian football, most notably the national team's qualification for the World Cup finals, which reinforces the importance of investing in sports infrastructure, providing the necessary requirements to continue the path of achievement, and building a more efficient and prepared sports system to compete at the regional and international levels.
