Minister of Health decides to ban the sale of chips in school canteens

Minister of Health Ibrahim Al-Bdour issued a decision banning the sale of all types of chips in school canteens, as part of health measures regulating food permitted for sale in schools.
The Official Gazette published the decision, which is based on the provisions of the Public Health Law and its amendments, and it shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The decision comes within the measures related to regulating food sold in school canteens, with the aim of enhancing health standards for food provided to students.
